Central Serous Retinopathy or Central Serous Chorioretinopathy

Central Serous Retinopathy | CSRFACentral Serous Chorioretinopathy (CSR or CSC), is characterized by serous detachment of the sensory retina as a consequence of focal leakage of fluid from the choriocapillaris through a defect in the retinal pigment epithelium.  This disease typically affects young to middle –aged men and may be related to life stress events.
